At the start of the business, Epicenter was a classic construction hypermarket with an assortment of about 26,400 SKUs, but today it has transformed into a network of full-fledged shopping centers with an offer of 800,000 products and individual shops in the shop-in-shop format.

Among them are about 30 exclusive concepts for the Ukrainian market, including Food Market, Intersport, Deco Galleries, Furniture Center, TseTe Tech Center, E.Pic children’s store, Garden Center, Lapki pet store, Mon Cheri cosmetic and perfume boutique, Pharmacy 100 + and many others.

For comparison, this indicator is almost 19 times higher than the attendance of the Eiffel Tower – one of the most popular architectural monuments in the world, which is visited annually by about 6 million tourists.

The scale of the company’s trade is no less grandiose. Over two decades of operation, the Epicenter has implemented 383,000 kilometers of electric cable, which is almost equivalent to the distance from the Earth to the Moon.

Since the creation of the “DEKO” department, the company has sold 6.8 million frying pans, which could provide every inhabitant of such countries as Denmark or Finland. And the total area of ​​sold ceramic tiles, linoleum, laminate and parquet would be enough to cover all the Maldivian islands.

After appearing on the network of the department of household chemicals, Epicenter sold 356 million rolls of toilet paper, which would be enough to wrap the Earth around the equator 535 times. Since 2015, when Epicenter began to develop the Intersport brand in Ukraine, the company has become one of the largest sellers of sports goods.

In less than 8 years, the network sold almost 1.5 million pairs of sneakers. This amount of shoes could provide all 50,000 participants of the world’s most popular New York Marathon for 30 years.

The company also sold about 77 million units of bottled water, which could fill 103 Olympic swimming pools.

It is worth noting that today the Epicenter group of companies includes not only the retail business, but also the agricultural holding “Epicenter-Agro”, factories for the production of ceramic tiles Epicenter Ceramic Corporation, woodworking enterprise CBM “Osmoloda” and logistics facilities.
