Exchange rates for January 26: the hryvnia continues to weaken

On January 26, the official exchange rate of the hryvnia weakened again against the dollar and the euro, and the cash hryvnia in bank cash registers also became cheaper.
This is stated in the data minfin.com.ua, finance.ua.
At 09:50, the exchange rate of the dollar against the hryvnia on the “black market” was 37.67 – 38.28 hryvnias against quotations of 37.19 – 38.25 hryvnias the day before.
At the same time, the “black” rate of the euro was UAH 41.55 – 41.80 against the rate of UAH 41.62 – 41.90 per euro the day before.
Official course dollars installed at the level of UAH 37.5825, euro – 40.9161 UAH (the day before, the dollar was UAH 37.5252, the euro was UAH 40.8837).
The average currency exchange rates at bank counters were as follows:
- US dollar – UAH 37.6 – UAH 38.25 (exchange rate on January 25 – UAH 37.6 – UAH 38.2);
- Euro – 40.95 – 41.8 UAH (exchange rate on January 25 – 41.0 – 41.75 UAH).
According to banks, the dollar cash rates are as follows:
- Privatbank – UAH 37.5 – 38.1;
- Oschadbank – UAH 37.6 – UAH 38.2;
- Ukreximbank – 37.55 – 38.25 UAH.
As for non-cash payments, the exchange rate when paying by card in banks in Privatbank is UAH 38.02 per dollar, in Oschada – UAH 38.1, in Universal Bank (monobank) – UAH 38.02.
