Exchange rates for September 21: the hryvnia strengthens against the dollar and the euro

On September 21, the cash hryvnia strengthened on the “black market” against the dollar and the euro, the dollar fell in banks, the euro – at the level of the previous day’s quotations.

This is stated in the data minfin.com.ua, finance.ua.

At 10:15 a.m., the exchange rate of the dollar against the hryvnia on the “black market” was UAH 37.8 – UAH 38.3, compared to UAH 37.7 – UAH 38.39 the day before.

At the same time, the “black” rate of the euro was UAH 40.91 – 41.30 against the rate of UAH 41.17 – 41.52 per euro the day before.

The average currency exchange rates at bank counters were as follows:

  • US dollar – 37.85 – 38.55 UAH (exchange rate on September 20 – 37.9 – 38.65 UAH);
  • Euro – 40.7 – 41.5 UAH (rate on September 20 – 40.7 – 41.5 UAH).

In terms of banks, the cash rates are as follows:

  • Privatbank – UAH 37.5 – 38.1;
  • Savings Bank – UAH 37.85 – UAH 38.75;
  • Ukreximbank – 37.8 – 38.6 UAH.

As for non-cash payments, the exchange rate when paying by card in banks in Privatbank is UAH 37.45 per dollar, in Oshchad – UAH 37.45, in Universal Bank (monobank) – UAH 37.44.
