Head of SVR Naryshkin: “Navalny died his own death”

The head of the Russian Foreign Intelligence Service, Sergey Naryshkin, said on the air of the Russian channel “Solovyev Live” that Alexei Navalny died in the colony by his own death.

Answering the question whether “powers in the West” were involved in the death of the politician, Naryshkin said literally the following: “I don’t think that this was some kind of special plan, but, unfortunately, people have a peculiarity: sooner or later, life ends, they die . Navalny died by his own death, yes.”

Earlier, the same statement was made by the head of the Main Directorate of Intelligence of the Ministry of Defense of Ukraine, Kirill Budanov, who did not explain where he got the information about the circumstances of Navalny’s death.

According to the conclusion of the Russian authorities, the oppositionist died of natural causes. Navalny’s associates claim that he was killed.

• Opposition politician Alexei Navalny died on February 16 in the Polar Wolf special regime colony. Supporters of the politician believe that he was killed or at least brought to death by inhuman conditions of detention in the prison. A few days before his death, Navalny was placed in SHIZO for the 27th time – a cell with the harshest conditions.
• The Anti-corruption Foundation, founded by Navalny, has no doubt that the politician was killed and promises to name the culprits of his death in the near future, as well as reveal all the circumstances of the crime. The head of the international FBK Maria Pevchykh, as well as Navalny’s wife Yulia, said that they believe that the opposition leader was killed on the orders of Russian President Vladimir Putin. The Kremlin called these accusations “blatant and rude.”
