Retailer H&M Group will open some stores in Ukraine at the end of November – beginning of December this year.
About this informs NV Business with reference to three sources – directors of the shopping center and a commercial real estate consultant.
According to the interlocutors of the publication, the chain is ready to open six stores located in Kyiv’s Retroville, Lavina Mall, Respublika Park, Dream Town, River Mall and Lviv’s Victoria Gardens.
Before the beginning of the Great War, the chain also operated a store in Odesa in the Riviera shopping center and in Kharkiv in the Nikolsky shopping center. They are planned to be opened later – in the second turn.
“H&M wanted to open earlier, but faced a shortage of staff. In a year and a half, some of the employees resigned, some went to defend Ukraine, some left Ukraine,” said the director of the shopping center, who asked not to be named.
The press service of H&M did not comment on the resumption of work.
