The court in Alushta fined three girls 15,000 rubles for discrediting the Russian army. This was reported by the press service of the Ministry of Internal Affairs.
The day before, in the Alushta water park, “three female animators, while at work, publicly danced to the theme song of a Ukrainian performer with an unacceptable meaning,” the department said in a statement.
On August 8, the Crimean SMERSH Telegram channel, authored by Alexander Talypov, a blogger cooperating with Russian security forces, published a video in which girls danced to the song “Hulyanochka” by Verka Serdyuchka (a stage image performed by Ukrainian artist Andrey Danylko), where There are lines like “Ukraine is not dead yet if we play like this.”
The 19-, 20-, and 26-year-old animators were detained the next day. According to the Ministry of Internal Affairs, one of them is a local resident, and the other two came to Alushta from Russian regions for seasonal work.
Later, a second video appeared on the “Crimean SMERSH” Telegram channel. On it, the detainees apologize “for a thoughtless concession”, express support for Vladimir Putin and the participants of the “special military operation” (this is how the Russian authorities call the war against Ukraine). In the video, they also perform a song with the words: “Vladimir Putin is a good man. A politician, a leader and a fighter…”
