Of them, UAH 358.9 million is the amount of the sale of rights to claims on loans of legal entities, UAH 87.6 million is real estate on the balance sheet of banks, and UAH 8.3 million is other assets (loans of individuals, vehicles, coins, funds, securities).
In terms of banks, the largest amount of sales per month at MR BANK JSC is UAH 343.2 million. Another amount of UAH 66.9 million. successful auctions were held for the assets of PJSC “Prominvestbank” for the amount of UAH 22.6 million. — assets of Bank Sych JSC.

The following lots were sold in April:

a loan secured by a generating solar power plant, the price is UAH 336.6 million;

a loan with a fertilizer and feed additives plant in the Vinnytsia region as collateral, the sale price is UAH 6.2 million;

the palace of culture and the building of the educational complex in Kremenchug, the sale price is UAH 16.2 million and UAH 8.2 million, respectively;

sports complex in Dnipro — from the 35th demand, the sale price reached UAH 2.5 million;

Apartments in townhouses in Kozyna, sale price — from UAH 2.4 million to UAH 3 million.
It is noted that the funds received from the sale of assets are directed to settlements with liquidated bank creditors.
