The administration of his native city of Kodinsk in the Krasnoyarsk region helped collect money for the funeral of the deceased through the Internet, Sibir.Realii writes.
“I buried my son, but there are no payments for him, there is still nothing, not a penny! I will not be silent about this! I have already alerted the military enlistment office, reported to our local newspaper “Sovetskoe Priangarye”. If this “Wagner” is nothing to me won’t give it back, I will look for it,” Elena Shevchenko told the NGS 24 portal.
Sergey Shevchenko was recruited for the war from the correctional colony No. 6 in Krasnoyarsk. According to his mother, he was serving a sentence for drunken driving for the fourth time. He was last contacted in September. Later, the inmates of this colony informed her by phone that her son had been recruited into PMC Wagner. Sergei’s friend Larisa was informed of his death. The call was from PMC Wagner. He died in Bakhmut.
