In Kuzbass, an activist was beaten and fined for insulting the FSB

In Kuzbass, the Anzhero-Sudzhensky city court fined trade union activist Oleh Tyryshkin 10,000 rubles on the charge of inciting hatred against FSB officers. He left several comments in “VKontakte”, in which he called them “dogs”, “morons” and “jokes”. Before the court, Tyryshkin was found and beaten by the police. This is reported by “OVD-Info”.

On the eve of the trial, Tyryshkin was released to the prosecutor’s office in order to hand him a resolution on the initiation of an administrative case. The activist did not listen to the staff of the prosecutor’s office and left, says Sibir.Realii.

After that, the police started looking for the pensioner. According to Tyryshkin, the police beat and detained him, after which he was taken to the prosecutor’s office, and from there to court. “They found me, saying that you were hiding from us. They beat me up as much as they could, humiliated me. They called me everything, they used such words to express fear. They knocked me off my feet, started beating me on the head, dragged me into a car, threw me,” said the activist. According to him, they hit him three times on the head and once on the head, after which they added: “It’s good that we didn’t shoot you, they wanted to shoot you.”

In addition, according to Tyryshkin, the police came to his 88-year-old mother and threatened criminal cases against her son and that he would be sent to prison. At the same time, a criminal case has already been initiated against the activist under the article on the justification of terrorism for his comments about the death of the head of Chechnya Akhmat Kadyrov as a result of an explosion in 2004.

In this criminal case, Tyryshkina faces up to seven years in prison, he is under a restraining order.

Prior to the criminal case, the activist was fined twice. On April 24, Tyrishkin was fined 2,000 rubles under the article about the display of Nazi symbols for a photo of Vladimir Putin in a Nazi uniform. Due to the same publication, on May 2, he was fined once again – already for 30,000 rubles for the article on public disrespect for state authorities.
