As of July 22, accidents occurred on the equipment of the operator of the power transmission system in Lviv and Mykolaiv regions, consumers were not cut off.

About this informs press service of the Ministry of Energy.

“Due to the accident, the transformer at the 220 kV substation of the operator of the power transmission system in the Lviv region was disconnected. This led to the disconnection of the power transmission line. Consumers were restored through backup lines,” the message reads.

Also, in the Mykolaiv region, the overhead line of the operator of the 750 kV transmission system was disconnected, but the consumers were not cut off. Currently, the overhead line is under repair.

In addition, in Donetsk region, 18 settlements were cut off due to shelling.

“In particular, two coal mines remained without power. Workers were blocked underground for a certain time. Later, the miners were successfully brought to the surface. Energy engineers are working to restore the power supply,” the ministry added.

As a result of shelling, part of consumers in Dnipropetrovsk, Zaporizhzhia, Sumy, Kharkiv, Kherson, and Chernihiv regions remain without electricity.

More than 800 consumers who were disconnected due to flooding also recovered in Kherson. 12 thousand consumers remain without electricity.
