The Japanese government has expanded the list of goods that are prohibited from being exported to Russia: the updated list includes drones, optical products, metals, etc.
This is stated in messages Ministry of Economy of Japan.
At the end of February, the Japanese government supported a decision aimed at banning the export of goods that contribute to strengthening the industrial infrastructure of the Russian Federation.
On Friday, March 31, the government supported another resolution that introduces this measure and defines the list of goods prohibited for export to the Russian Federation. The decision comes into force in a week – from April 7.
Thus, the list includes such commodity items as steel and its products, aluminum and its products, boilers and machines, construction equipment, engines for aircraft and ships, electrical equipment and its parts (for example, navigation radio equipment, generators, etc.).
It is also prohibited to sell in the Russian Federation vehicles and their parts, aircraft and space vehicles, their parts and accessories (for example, unmanned aerial vehicles), optical and measuring devices (for example, optical fibers, binoculars, photographic equipment for aerial photography, etc.).
