Acting President of Ukraine Volodymyr Zelensky announced changes in the personnel structure of ministries and other Ukrainian structures.

Oleksiy Kuleba, the new deputy head of the Office of the President of Ukraine, appeared in Ukraine. This was announced by the decree of the acting head of state Volodymyr Zelensky, published on January 24, 2023.
On January 23, the president of the Ukrainian state already announced changes in the personnel structure of the Ukrainian government. This announcement was made during the address of the President of Ukraine to the people. Volodymyr Zelenskyi said that personnel changes will be made in ministries, the law enforcement system, and central and regional power structures.
Although Volodymyr Zelenskyy did not say the exact names and surnames, he said that some changes have already entered into force, and some will come into effect a little later.
The President of Ukraine previously warned officials that they are now prohibited from leaving the border without a state purpose.
