About the export of electricity. The Minister of Energy of Ukraine, Herman Galushchenko, signed an executive document that allows the process of restoring electricity exports in conditions of surplus generating capacity to begin.

About excise stamps. The Cabinet of Ministers revised the amount of fees for excise stamps for alcoholic beverages and tobacco products, increasing them by 80%.

About the sponsors of the war. National agency on the Prevention of Corruption (NAC) brought the leading global oil company SLB (formerly Schlumberger) headquartered in the USA to the list of international sponsors of the war.

About grain. The Minister of Agriculture of Poland, Robert Telus, said that the Ukrainian side offered to completely stop the import of grain to Poland for a certain period of time, but not transit.

About the credit rating of Ukraine. International rating agency S&P Global Ratings lowered Ukraine’s long-term sovereign credit ratings in foreign currency from “CCC+” to “CCC” with negative forecasts.
