The Presidential Grants Fund allocated about two million rubles to the “Time of Change” organization for a project to promote Z-values for children with Down syndrome. The project “We can explain” drew attention to this.

These funds will be used for staging patriotic performances, “honoring veterans” of the Great Patriotic War and participants in the “special military operation” (as the Russian authorities call the war against Ukraine).

“These events will help the children to feel a sense of belonging to the struggle for their independence, which our country waged during the Great Patriotic War and which is being waged now,” says the description of the project.

It is assumed that school-aged children, teenagers and young people with Down syndrome will learn the choreographic and vocal numbers of the musical mini-performance “Home, with Victory” at the choreography and vocal rehearsal classes.

This is not the only example of the promotion of Z-propaganda among children with developmental disabilities, notes the “We can explain” project. In particular, the creator of the Romanov Rehabilitation Center, Pavel Zaifydy, attracted children with intellectual disabilities to patriotic flash mobs. He was also awarded a grant for the creation of the “Zalog Zdorovya” club for children with mental disorders.

In St. Petersburg, as reported by “Rotonda”, public reception “Edynoi Rossii” organized a master class on making trench candles for children with cerebral palsy from school No. 584.
