The USA, EU countries, Great Britain, Israel, China, Turkey, Cyprus and many other countries and organizations expressed their condolences to the Russians.
According to the decision of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Russia, the flags on the buildings of Russian foreign institutions will be flown at half-mast in connection with the terrorist attack.
