The Centrum Moscow company, 30% of whose shares belong to the daughter of the press secretary of the President of Russia, Elizaveta Peskova, has increased its revenue seventy times in an hour, reports “Vorstka” publication with reference to the company’s financial statements. In 2022, Centrum Moscow earned 137 million rubles, and an hour before that – a little less than two million, which is why the company was unprofitable.
Centrum Moscow is engaged in “design and creation of exhibition spaces and expositions”. On the company’s website, the Ministry of Industry and Trade, the Ministry of Agriculture, the Moscow Government, the Russian Federation of Fisheries and other state structures are listed as its clients.
In the spring of 2022, the European Union included Elizaveta Peskova in the sanctions list. Her father said then that this was a confirmation of unfriendly steps towards Russia. Peskova’s daughter herself called the restrictive measures introduced against her “unfair”, since they have nothing to do with the Russian invasion of Ukraine. “I’m upset because I want to travel and I like different cultures,” Elizaveta Peskova said.
- On Tuesday, the British edition of The Guardian, with reference to its sources, reported that at the end of last year, the press secretary of the President of Russia behind the scenes warned Russian officials that the war in Ukraine is “very, very long” and that in 2023 “everything will become much more heavier”. Peskov has not yet commented on the publication.
