It is noted that consumption limits have been established for all oblenergos, which apply throughout the day, that is, planned blackouts continue. As of the morning of January 30, emergency shutdowns caused by exceeding the limits have not yet been applied. But “Ukrenergo” emphasizes that if the limits are exceeded in the regions, their application is possible.

Currently, the restoration of energy infrastructure facilities damaged during the massive attack on January 26 is underway. Several power units of power plants were taken out for repairs over the weekend. The operator emphasized that after each subsequent attack by the Russians on the energy infrastructure, recovery becomes more difficult and lasts longer.

After 13 missile and 15 drone attacks by the Russians, the objects of the high-voltage network and the power plant were damaged. The power system is still being restored after the shelling that damaged the power units of the power plants. Therefore, electricity production at operating power plants cannot fully cover consumption.
