The owner of the investment company Dragon Capital and UP Tomas Fiala predicts that immediately after the end of the war, prices for commercial real estate will increase by several tens of percent.

He told about this in interview with Economic Pravda.

“Prices will increase by several tens of percent (per day – EP). The market is not very liquid, as I said, there are not many deals. Sellers’ expectations will immediately jump by several tens of percent,” Fiala said.

According to him, now there are almost no deals on the real estate market, especially large ones.

“This is expected. In 2014-2015, there were also very few transactions. Buyers were ready to buy only very cheaply, and sellers were not ready to sell.

The price difference between supply and demand is very, very large. It starts to come together when the war ends,” he explains.
