Putin awarded the rank of general to State Duma deputy Adam Delymkhanov

Russian President Vladimir Putin awarded the rank of major general to State Duma deputy Adam Delymkhanov. Delymkhanov’s relative, the head of Chechnya, Ramzan Kadyrov, reported this on the Telegram channel. Putin’s decree has not been published.

Delymkhanov is Ramzan Kadyrov’s fourth cousin on his mother’s side and one of his closest associates, Kavkaz.Realii reminds.
