Roskomnadzor blocks resources related to Prigozhin

Roskomnadzor has blocked access to Internet resources of the “Patriot” media group, whose board of trustees was previously headed by the head of PMC “Wagner” Yevgeny Prigozhin. In particular, we are talking about the resources of RIA “FAN”, “Narodnye Novosti” and PMC-related publications on the VKontakte network.

Roskomnadzor stated that “a number of resources are limited in order to prevent the spread of calls to participate in military rebellion.” The department did not say what resources were blocked.

St. Petersburg mass media reported on Saturday afternoon that boxes with cash were found in a parked Gazelle near the St. Petersburg Trezyny hotel, where Prigozhin’s office is located. It is claimed that there were four billion rubles in it. Prigozhin confirmed this, saying that in addition to the Gazelle, two more buses were found, which also contained money. According to Prigozhin, they were intended for payments to mercenaries and family members of the dead, as well as for “other issues”.

• On Friday, the founder of PMC “Wagner” Yevgeny Prigozhin announced that the regular Russian troops fired rockets at the rear of his unit. Prigozhin reported that the PMC is starting a “march of justice” — an armed march on Moscow with the goal of punishing the Russian military leadership. Russian authorities, including President Vladimir Putin, declared it an armed rebellion. A criminal case was initiated against Prigozhin.
