The Russian army launched a rocket attack on Odessa on Monday evening. According to Oleg Kiper, the head of the Odesa regional administration, three women were wounded. Due to damaged civil infrastructure, more than 300 thousand subscribers in Odessa were left without electricity. Repair work is underway.

On March 25, an air alert was announced in Odessa three times a day. In the evening, the alarm was announced throughout the territory of Ukraine.

In the morning, Kyiv was shelled. The Air Force of Ukraine later stated that two ballistic missiles out of two launched were shot down over the city.

The mayor of the city, Vitaly Klitschko, announced that 10 people were injured. A non-residential building – one of the buildings of the Kyiv Academy of Decorative and Applied Arts and Design – was destroyed by the impact of the projectile.
