Schoolchildren in Khakassia tortured a dog to death and filmed it

Students of the cadet class in Khakassia tortured the dog Umka to death and posted a video of the mockery on the Internet. Local residents have created a petition with the demand that schoolchildren will not be allowed to get away with a light punishment because of their age. Sibir.Realii tells about it.

In the video, two teenagers beat Umka, including with a brick, tear her mouth open, and then insert a bottle into her anus. Three others loudly call to cut Umka with bottle fragments, chop off her head and tail.

The murder took place in November 2022, but the video appeared only now. The police said that the students were 15 years old at the time, and the age of criminal responsibility for animal cruelty starts at 16 years old. The school decided not to take any measures against the cadets. Teenagers face only an administrative fine and registration, and their parents face fines for improper child rearing.

However, Umka could not be the only victim of teenagers. According to Sibir.Realia, schoolchildren were part of a community of dog hunters, where sadistic videos were posted (now it has been deleted). Local residents note that as of March, the age of criminal responsibility for teenagers has already arrived. They created a petition with the demand that they will not allow the “vigilantes” to get away with a light punishment. More than ten thousand people signed it in two days.
