Since the beginning of 2024, 1,773 farms have already received UAH 8.6 billion in bank loans for development, of which 633 farms have been financed for UAH 2.3 billion under the state program “Affordable Loans 5-7-9”.

It is noted that the largest amount of loans under various programs were received by farmers in Kyiv region, namely 154 enterprises – UAH 4.1 billion, in Ternopil region – 63 enterprises – UAH 598.6 million, in Dnipropetrovsk region – 139 enterprises – UAH 459.7 million.
According to the program “Affordable loans 5-7-9”, the enterprises of three regions received the most:
- Kharkiv – UAH 325.9 million allocated for 40 farms;
- Vinnytsia – UAH 252.2 million – for 75;
- Kyivska – UAH 236.4 million for 58;
- Lvivska – UAH 205.8 million – for 54.
The “5-7-9 Available Loans” program simplifies the access of micro and small businesses to bank lending. Farmers can get a loan of up to UAH 90 million. Lending is provided at 5-9% per annum, depending on the credit category and business entity.
