Since the beginning of 2023, banks have provided affordable loans to entrepreneurs for UAH 28.3 billion, of which UAH 416 million in the last week. This was reported by the press service of the Ministry of Economy of Ukraine.

How many credits received
“Last week, 178 entrepreneurs received loans under the government program “Affordable loans 5-7-9%” for a total of UAH 416 million. Since the beginning of 2023, banks have issued 8,000 loans worth UAH 28.3 billion to businesses,” the message says.
According to the Ministry of Economy, since the beginning of the program, in February 2020, a total of 61,200 have been issued. loans for UAH 195.3 billion.
Most of all, businessmen took anti-crisis loans — 62 billion UAH and for anti-war purposes — 55 billion UAH. UAH 28.6 billion was issued for the refinancing of previously received loans, UAH 12.4 billion for investment purposes.
In addition, farmers received UAH 29.7 billion in loans to support their activities, trading companies took UAH 1.5 billion in loans to replenish working capital.
Enterprises working in the fields of agriculture (54%), trade and production (23%), industrial processing (13%) are most often credited under the program.
Among the regions, Lviv, Odessa, Dnipropetrovsk, Kharkiv, Kyiv, Vinnytsia regions and the city of Kyiv are the leaders in terms of the sums of concluded credit agreements.
