What conditions are necessary for business
The SUP noted that in order to achieve this indicator, Ukraine needs to create the best conditions for doing business in Europe.
“The only way to overcome poverty, return people to their families, build an army and a defense industry is a jump-like economic growth of GDP of 10% per hour,” the union’s statement says.
Entrepreneurs believe that growth of 10% per hour is possible only through the creation of new industrial capacities, fully oriented to export.
Business representatives noted the need to ensure: one-time customs clearance in any country, quick VAT reimbursement for industrial exports, as well as the cessation of force influence on business.
The SUP also called for economic reforms, in particular, the introduction of a new industrial policy with a list of priority directed production, a reduction in the ESR, a simplification of labor legislation and a reduction in budget expenditures, with the exception of defense and security.
Also, according to the application, the business needs free and fast connection to electricity and gas networks for a certain amount of investment in new production, exemption from most taxes for 5 years for investments in production starting from a certain amount, and as few new regulations as possible.
“We want to see Ukraine in 10 years prosperous, open to business, a full member of the community of European states,” the businessmen added.
