The eldest son of the head of Chechnya, Ramzan Kadyrov, 18-year-old Akhmat Kadyrov was appointed to the position of Minister of Youth Affairs of the republic, and he was also presented with the region’s highest award – the Kadyrov Order, reports Kavkaz.Realii.

The appointment was not announced separately, but the chairman of the government of the republic, Magomed Daudov, indicated the new position in the post about the award. He added that Kadyrov’s son “solves any assigned tasks at a high level”, but did not specify what exactly his merits are.

Prior to that, Akhmat Kadyrov held the position of first deputy minister of sports and youth policy, he received this position shortly after coming of age.

In 2023, Akhmat Kadyrov became his father’s assistant and chairman of the branch of the pro-government “Movement of the First”. In the spring, the teenager was received in the Kremlin by the President of Russia, Vladimir Putin – political scientists regarded it as a wedding gift for the son of the head of Chechnya.
