Ukrainian rescue services completed the demolition of the rubble of the hospital complex in Dnipro, which was hit by rocket fire on May 26. The bodies of three people, who were previously considered missing, were recovered from the wreckage. Thus, the number of victims reached four.
As reported by the head of the Dnipropetrovsk regional administration, Sergey Lysak, the bodies of a 56-year-old hospital doctor, a 64-year-old female employee, and a 57-year-old employee of a veterinary clinic located in the same complex were found.
On the night of May 26, Russian troops launched a missile attack on the Dnieper. City Hospital No. 14 and a nearby veterinary clinic were affected. 32 people were injured, 13 of them were hospitalized, five are in serious condition. Residents rescued dogs and cats treated there from the veterinary clinic, many of them suffered burns and injuries.
In addition, as a result of the attack, more than 30 multi-story buildings and more than 20 private houses were damaged in the Dnipro region. Mourning for the dead has been announced in the region.
