The Cabinet approved the new supervisory board of Ukrpochta

The Cabinet of Ministers published an order by which it approved the winners of the selection for the positions of members of the supervisory board of Ukrpochta. This is stated in the order of the Cabinet of Ministers No. 371-r.

Members of the supervisory board of Ukrpochta
- Abdrasylov Rynat — ex-director of the Kyrgyz Stock Exchange, Senior Partner of Cambridge Management Consulting in the direction of Strategy and digital transformation for banking and fintech;
- Karnovsky Yakub is the director of the investment fund Luma Investment, before his reassignment he was already a member of the supervisory board of Ukrpochta, now he is a member of the supervisory board of Ukrzaliznytsa. As an expert from the World Bank, he participated in the reform of railways in Thailand, Saudi Arabia and others;
- Carroll Gera John — Great Britain, postal business;
- Malinskaya Elena — ex-chairman of the board of the Credit Dnipro Bank during the bank’s ownership by Viktor Pinchuk;
- Igor Mityukov was the ex-chairman of the Supervisory Board of the National Depository. In 2019, the government appointed him as an independent member of the Supervisory Board of Oschadbank, but the appointment was not approved by the NBU and Mityukov was fired.
State representatives in the supervisory board
- Konstantin Gura is the head of Gosenergoeffektivnosti, by appointment he is the first deputy chairman of the department;
- Serhiy Derkach — Deputy Minister of Development of Municipalities, Territories and Infrastructure of Ukraine, until his appointment in 2023 — Deputy Head of the Office and Head of the Department of Prevention and Detection of Corruption at the NAPK.
Let’s remind
In March, the Ministry of Economy announced the appointment of the first ex-deputy minister of the Minister of Justice, Natalia Bernatskaya, as well as the first ex-deputy head of the National Depository and the ex-deputy minister of economy, Krystyna Prasolova, to the positions of state representatives in the supervisory board of Ukrpochta. However, Bernatskaya and Prasolova are not available from April 25.
