The court in St. Petersburg banned some songs of the rapper Scally Milano

A court in St. Petersburg banned the distribution of several songs by the rapper Scally Milano (Daniil Dmitriev) in Russia. Drug propaganda was found in them. This was reported by the press service of the city’s courts. Earlier, the musician was fined under the article about the “discrediting” of the army.
The lawsuit was filed by the prosecutor’s office at the request of citizen Stroganova (it is unknown who she is). The press service of the courts reports that the department needed to ban 14 links to the tracks – “Lovv66 – CBD FLOW”, “O”, “DVA”, “Do it”.
The court conducted an examination of the songs, the press service does not specify which ones. In the conclusion of the expert, whose name was also not mentioned, it was said that in the lyrics of the songs “there is propaganda for the use of narcotics” and “there is information that forms a positive attitude towards trading in narcotics.” The expert also believes that the author of the songs positions himself as “a person who uses drugs, as well as a person who approves the sale of drugs.”
The court satisfied the demands of the prosecutor’s office and prohibited the distribution of all 14 references.
- In April of this year, the police disrupted a Scally Milano concert in St. Petersburg. Employees of the Ministry of Internal Affairs conducted an anti-narcotics raid at the event. Six teenagers were detained, four of them were issued reports of refusal to undergo a medical examination. At the request of the head of the Safe Internet League, Ekaterina Mizulyna, a criminal case was opened against the rapper for the involvement of teenagers in the use of drugs or alcohol. Several administrative cases were also initiated.
- After that, Scally Milano went to Mizulina for a personal meeting: the rapper said that he “realized his mistakes and is ready to completely revise his view of creativity.”
- Earlier, a court in St. Petersburg fined Scally Milano 40,000 rubles for discrediting the army. The reason for this was the rapper’s statement against the military invasion of Ukraine.
