The Finance Committee supported the customs clearance of cars in Dieu. How it will work

The Committee on Taxes of the Verkhovna Rada supported the draft law on customs clearance of cars in “Die” as a basis. Yaroslav Zheleznyak, first deputy head of the tax committee, wrote about this in the Telegram channel.

What is known about draft laws

According to him, the new formula includes:

• Volume and type of engine
• Year of the car
• Brand (if it is an exclusive car).

How it will work:

A man buys a car

Authorizes in “Die”

Enters the vin code and additional data about the car

“Diya” calculates the amount of customs payments

A citizen pays customs fees (the amount is blocked)

A citizen signs a declaration in “Die”

The automatic system of customs registration (ASMO) forms a customs declaration

“Diya” sends data to ASMO

The car arrives at the border

The inspector checks the customs declaration, documents and car

The bank issues a cash register

The car enters Ukraine.

Note that now the draft law must be voted on in the Verkhovna Rada.
