For January-March 2023, payments of guaranteed compensation to depositors of banks liquidated by the Individual Deposit Guarantee Fund totaled more than UAH 1.5 billion. This was reported by the press service of the Guarantee Fund.

How much is reimbursed
“During the first quarter of 2023, the amount of guaranteed compensation payments to depositors under the management of the Deposit Guarantee Fund amounted to UAH 1,521.0 million. In particular, in March 2023, the Fund reimbursed the depositors UAH 1,430.7 million,” the message says.
Let’s remind
As of April 1, 2023, the Fund paid compensation in the total amount of UAH 98,328.4 million to depositors of banks transferred to the management of the Fund after the entry into force of the Law of Ukraine “On the System of Guaranteeing Deposits of Individuals” (February 26, 2012).
