“Through the financial support of micro- and small entrepreneurship, we not only stimulate the activation of the economy, we also increase the level of employment of the population, because entrepreneurs create new workplaces. In particular, recipients of micro-grants last year will create 8,000 jobs.

The “Own business” program provides an opportunity to receive a micro-grant of 50,000 rubles. UAH up to 250 thousand UAH to start or develop your business. A mandatory condition for granting a grant is the creation of 1-2 new jobs, depending on the amount of the grant.

Both an active entrepreneur and a person with no experience in such activities can receive a microgrant. Grant applications are submitted through the Action portal.

Last year, 3,300 applicants received microgrants under the “Own Business” program for a total of UAH 777 million. In 2023, the budget provides UAH 1.8 billion for the program, which will allow 10,000 micro-grants to be issued.
