The National Bank applied measures of influence to seven non-bank financial institutions in the form of an obligation to take measures to eliminate the violation and the reasons that contributed to its commission. This was reported by the press service of the regulator.

In particular, we are talking about such companies as:
- LLC “Finansovaya kompaniya “Srazu”;
- Kampsis Finance LLC;
- FC Venera Finance LLC;
- Analytyk Finance LLC;
- LLC “Market-Finance”;
- P.O. “Lombard “Credits under collateral” LLC “Finnova” and company”.
- LLC “Oro Finance”.
It is noted that these institutions are obliged to eliminate violations by March 7, 2023.
The National Bank applied measures of influence in connection with non-submission of information and non-submission of documents to meet the requirements of the NBU resolution “On approval of the Regulation on licensing and registration of financial service providers and the conditions for their implementation of activities on the provision of financial services” (with amendments).
