The National Bank applied to PJSC “Insurance Company “Kievskaya Rus” a measure of influence in the form of temporary suspension of licenses for the implementation of activities in the provision of financial services in the field of insurance. This is stated in the message of the regulator.

The reason for the suspension of the license
The insurance company did not provide reporting for the first half of 2022 and for 2022, and also did not provide other documents as requested by the National Bank.
The insurer has a deadline for eliminating the violations until June 8, 2023.
As a reminder, PJSC “SC “Kyivskaya Rus” carries out activities on voluntary and mandatory types of insurance, other than life insurance.
According to the insurer’s reporting indicators for nine months of 2022, the amount of insurance payments amounted to UAH 85.4 million of insurance payments, of which UAH 76.9 million came from reinsurers.
The insurer did not make payments during the above-mentioned period.
