The award will be presented to the teenager during the Friday prayer on March 29 by the head of the Spiritual Administration of the Muslims of Russia, Mufti Ravil Gaynutdin.

Islam Khalilov, from a family from Kyrgyzstan, worked in the wardrobe of the concert hall on the day of the attack on March 22.
