As of 08:00 a.m. on Friday, the water level of the Kakhov reservoir is 11.74 m.
Ukrhydroenergo notes that more than half of the station’s building is under water. In addition, the earthen insert between the lock and the station is already under water, and it continues to collapse.
Hydroelectric plants of Ukrhydroenergo continue to accumulate water as much as possible in the upper reservoirs of the Dnipro in order to have a summer supply for ecological passes after the operation of the Kakhovsky reservoir.
