The woman detained with the poster “Putin eats children” was fined 50,000

In Efremov, activist Elena Tarbaeva was detained, who came to the trial of Alexei Moskalyov with the poster “Putin eats children”. A report on the article on the discrediting of the Russian army was drawn up on it.

According to “OVD-Info”, Tarbayeva held a single picket in front of the courthouse, and upon entering it, she felt ill. The police took her outside, promised to call an ambulance. Instead, Tarbaeva was detained by eight police officers. I’m sorry, she was never released.

Later on Thursday, it became known that the Efremovsky inter-district court of the Tula region fined Elena Tarbaeva 50 thousand rubles. This is reported with reference to the defense attorney from “OVD-Info” Evgeny Kurakin, who represented the girl’s interests in court.

On April 6, the Efremov court considered the issue of limiting Alexei Moskalyov’s parental rights. Earlier, his daughter Masha made an anti-war drawing in class at school, and he himself was sentenced to two years in prison under the criminal article of repeatedly discrediting the army. Masha, whom Moskalyov raised alone, was first sent to an orphanage, and then given to her mother, who expressed her readiness to “remove” 13-year-old Masha’s thoughts about politics.

There is no information about Moskalyov’s whereabouts: he disappeared after he was detained in Belarus when he tried to escape a day before the verdict in his anti-war case. Today it became known that even before that trial, he left Masha a note in which he advised her to “pray to the Pope.” The lawyer planned to hand over the letter to Masha today, during the session on limiting Moskalyov’s parental rights. The judge refused to give Masha a note from her father, OVD-Info reports.

The court also stated that it could not notify Moskalyov about the meeting, as he did not know where he was. The court sent a request to the FSIN to find Moskalyov and ensure his participation in the process. The meeting will be continued on the second day.
