Two commanders of “Islamic Jihad” were killed in the shelling of the Gaza Strip

As the agency notes, five high-ranking commanders of “Islamic Jihad” were killed in just the last three days as a result of strikes. According to local health authorities, 29 people were killed and 93 were injured in the Gaza Strip during this period. Among the dead were at least 10 civilians, which the UN called unacceptable.
The Israeli military claims that since Wednesday militants from the Gaza Strip have fired at least 803 rockets, 620 of which crossed the territory of Israel. Some of them hit buildings, but most landed in open areas or were intercepted.
