Prime Minister Denys Shmyhal offered Poland to build an autobahn connecting Krakow and Rivne under the terms of a concession.

According to Shmyhal, the Polish Prime Minister received an offer to consider the possibility of the Polish side participating in the construction of the Krakovec – Lviv – Brody – Rivne highway, which is to be a continuation of the longest Polish highway A4.
