Ukrposhta has updated the parcel forwarding service: how it works

The national postal operator Ukrposhta has updated the forwarding service – the service is available for three types of parcels.
It is reported the press service of the company.
“The forwarding service is valid for Ukrposhta Express, Ukrposhta Standart and Ukrposhta Dokumenty shipments processed both online through a personal account and directly in branches,” the company writes.
The cost of forwarding is UAH 50 and is paid upon receipt of the shipment at the department of final delivery of the parcel.
Ukrposhta added that in the future they plan to finalize the option of paying the cost of forwarding online on the Ukrposhta website, and then not only the recipient but also the sender can do it.
You can submit an application for forwarding on the website of Ukrposhta in the Services / Forwarding of shipment section.
To do this, you need to enter the track number of the shipment, the branch index for forwarding and the telephone number of the recipient of the postal shipment.
