As long as they have a heavenly advantage, the Armed Forces of Ukraine are not capable of rapid ground movement,” said Volodymyr Zelensky.
The President of Ukraine also added that the American F-16 fighter jets can help the Ukrainian army to fulfill this task.
Zelenskyi has held meetings about American fighter jets before.
