President Volodymyr Zelenskyy implemented the decision of the National Security Council regarding sanctions against 185 legal entities and individuals that Russia uses to transport personnel and military equipment by rail.

Direct speech: “Today, I signed a decree on the implementation of the NSDC’s decision on sanctions against legal entities and individuals that are used by the aggressor state to transport military equipment and soldiers by rail. It concerns 185 companies and individuals.
Their assets in Ukraine are blocked, the available property will be used for our defense. We will work to ensure that similar blocking is applied by other countries as well.”
Details: The President thanked everyone who helps strengthen sanctions against Russia, as well as investigators who expose “the ways used by the terrorist state to circumvent sanctions.”
The sanctions list published on the president’s website includes 3 individuals and 182 legal entities.
