Last week, the State Property Fund sold objects for a total of UAH 126.1 million at privatization auctions. This was reported by the press service of the State Property Fund.

Entry into the budget
“From May 8 to May 12, the sum of the bids of the privatization auctions of the State Property Fund amounted to UAH 126.1 million. 62 entrepreneurs took part in 6 auctions, and thanks to the competition, the value of assets increased almost 8 times from the starting price,” the message says.
Real estate in the Ivano-Frankivsk, Volyn, and Lviv regions generated the greatest demand.
Among the sold objects is the Dnieper Expert Technical Center of Gostrud.
Auctions
This week, FGI plans to hold 13 privatization auctions. Entrepreneurs are offered to purchase administrative buildings in the Ivano-Frankivsk and Ternopil regions, a motor vehicle company in Kyiv, a complex built on the shore of the Khadzhibey estuary, and a workshop building in the Zhytomyr region.
