According to her, during the summit of the Council of Europe in Reykjavík, they will discuss how to hold Russia accountable. Von der Leyen added that she supports the creation of a tribunal to “bring Russian crimes of aggression to justice.”
“We will also decide on creating a register of the destroyed in The Hague. This will be the first step, but a very good one in the direction of Russian compensation,” said the president of the European Commission.
