Ukraine will submit data to the OECD income statistics database

Ukraine has become the 121st country that submits information to the database of income statistics of the Organization for Economic Cooperation and Development.

The Ministry of Finance says that tax and non-tax revenues to the budgets of all levels in Ukraine are classified according to the OECD income categories and the standard template from 2012 to 2021.

In particular, the data contain the ratio of various categories of taxes to GDP, to the total amount of revenues. The database is located by link The information will be updated annually with relevant data for the previous year.

“The global income database provides comparative data on tax levels, tax structure and changes in revenues from individual taxes over time for the vast majority of countries in the world,” the ministry explained, noting that the OECD database is the largest open source of data on countries’ incomes.

The Office notes that the revenue database is important for conducting tax policy and in matters of international cooperation, as well as mutual learning on the mobilization of domestic revenues.
