A court in Moscow arrested activist Olga Mysyk in absentia

The Meshchan District Court of Moscow arrested activist Olga Mysyk in absentia in the case of justifying terrorism. This is reported by “Mediazona”.
The case against Mysyk was brought because of a post on X’s social networks written after the death of Russian pro-war blogger Vladlen Tatarsky. It was blown up during a lecture in a cafe in St. Petersburg last April, and 42 people were injured.
The Russian investigation accused the Ukrainian special services of organizing the attempt. A criminal case on terrorism was initiated. The accused Daria Trepova received 27 years in prison.
“Killing a fascist is equal to saving the lives of normal people. The value of a murderer’s life will never be equal to the value of an ordinary person’s life,” Mysyk wrote after Tatarsky’s death.
Mysyk is not in Russia now. She left after she was sentenced in the case of vandalism after a protest against the verdict in the “New Greatness” case. Then the building of the Prosecutor General’s Office in Moscow was doused with paint.
Olga Mysyk became famous in 2019 after the summer protests in connection with the Moscow City Duma elections. Mysyk was 17 years old, she read the Constitution aloud to the policemen who participated in the dispersal of the protesters.
