The fire department was notified around 04:45. A bottle with an incendiary mixture was thrown through the window, says the “Murmansk Dtp Chp” Telegram channel. Only the window frame with an area of about half a square meter was burnt.

- The General Staff of the Russian Federation announced that cases of arson of military enlistment centers would be considered acts of terrorism and would be punishable by up to 15 years in prison.
- On January 31, in Khanty-Mansiysk Autonomous Okrug, Vladyslav Borysenko was sentenced to 12 years in prison for setting fire to a military enlistment office, the crime was classified as a terrorist act. This is the first such sentence in Russia.
