The head of the Investigative Committee, Sergey Bastrykin, instructed to open a case against blogger Sergey Kosenko, who on camera threw his two-month-old son into a snowdrift.
Kosenko lives abroad. The investigators were instructed to request the blogger’s extradition to Russia and to check his compliance with tax legislation.
On January 7, Kosenko posted a video with a baby, announcing it in Instagram stories as potentially “the most popular video.”
In the footage, a blogger at a ski resort throws a child in overalls, and he falls into the deep snow in slow motion. After criticism, Kosenko deleted the video.
The blogger also noted that everything is fine with his son, and then said that in the video he throws a doll in the snow.
