In Krasnoyarsk, law enforcement officers detained a local resident who repeatedly kicked and hit an installation in the form of the letter Z. The symbol was installed in the buildings of the Ministry of Internal Affairs and the FSB. This was reported by ASTRA telegram channel.
The name of the detainee is unknown. A video appeared on the network in which he apologizes for his actions to law enforcement officers, residents of the Krasnoyarsk region and the whole of Russia, as well as to “participants of the SVO” (the official Russian designation of the war in Ukraine – a special military operation. – RS). It is unknown under what circumstances this video was made. It is reported that a protocol was drawn up on the detainee under the article on discrediting the army.
- Latin letters Z and V are unofficial symbols of support for the military invasion of Ukraine. They can often be found at pro-Kremlin events, propaganda posters and merchandise. Since the beginning of the war, they have been used for tactical marking of Russian military equipment. In Russia, there is a threat of a fine for defacing Z. For example, fines have already been imposed for throwing paint at Z and spitting on Z.
