A Rosaviatsia official was fired and fined for criticizing the war

The Savyolovsky District Court of Moscow fined former Rosaviatsia official Anna Zhiltsova 100,000 rubles. She was found guilty of “discrediting the Russian army.” The fine was imposed on her as an official, so the amount is greater than under the same article for private persons.

As reported by “Kosa” publication, on May 11, during a random inspection of compliance with fire safety requirements, an anti-war poster was found in Zhiltsova’s office. It is not specified exactly what inscriptions on the poster the police considered discrediting the army. However, it is reported that he has been hanging in Zhiltsova’s office since 2022 and was seen by her colleagues.

At the beginning of June, Zhiltsova was fired from Rosaviatsia, writes the Telegram channel “Aviatorshchyna”. The reason was her “negative attitude towards conducting a special military operation”. “She campaigned against the SVO, and in her office there was an anti-war poster hanging on the wall – this is unacceptable for a civil servant,” the interlocutor of the Telegram channel emphasized.
